Asset Fields

The minimum information required to create a basic asset is a Model or Group, Asset Number, Description, Asset Type, Planning Type and Department.

Once these details are entered, the asset can be saved, and additional information can be added to enhance tracking, reporting, and planning accuracy.

For more complex Advanced and Standard assets, additional information may be required.

This section describes the other fields that can be recorded against an asset, providing a complete picture of its identity, condition, and operational context.
