Add Meter Reading

In both the Desktop and Mobile Apps, Meter Readings entered are checked against the Meter’s validation rules. For example, if the Meter records engine hours, a maximum of 24 hours can be added per day.

Desktop App

From the Asset Editor

  1. Go to Assets & Areas → Assets
  2. Edit the asset
  3. Go to the Meter Readings Screen
  4. Select + Add Meter Reading
  5. Enter the Date / Time and the Reading
  6. Press Save

From the Meter Reading Screen

  1. Go to Readings & Meters → Meter Readings
  2. Select Add Meter Reading
  3. Type the Asset Number or part of the Asset Description to find the required asset
  4. Select the Meter
  5. Change the date / time if needed
  6. Enter the meter reading
  7. Press Save

Mobile App

From the Home Screen

  1. Select Add a Meter Reading on the Home screen
  2. Seelct the Asset
  3. Change the Date / Time if required
  4. Enter the new Meter Reading
  5. Press Save Reading
