Recommended Devices

While Samurai will operate on most modern smartphones and tablets meeting the minimum system requirements, best performance is achieved on mid to high-tier devices with strong processing power, sufficient RAM, and stable connectivity.

For reliability and speed, choose devices with at least 4 GB RAM and Snapdragon 700 series or higher processors (or equivalent).
Examples include:

  • Samsung Galaxy S21, S22, S23, or later
  • Google Pixel 6, 7, or later
  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 or S8
  • OnePlus 9 or later
  • Oppo Find X5 or later

For iPhone and iPad users, performance is best on devices from the last four generations.
Examples include:

  • iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, or later
  • iPhone SE (2nd generation or newer)
  • iPad 8th generation or later
  • iPad Air (3rd generation or later)
  • iPad Pro (any model from 2020 onward)
General Guidance
  • Devices with larger screens (6 inches or more) provide a better user experience for forms and work order details.
  • Ensure a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or 4G/5G) for syncing data.
  • Keep your operating system and the Samurai CMMS app up to date for security and compatibility improvements.
