Forms

The Forms module allows your organisation to design and manage digital forms used across Samurai. Forms are used for inspections, checklists, safety audits, and other structured data collection tasks completed on desktop or mobile.

You can create and edit form templates with the Form Builder, organise questions into sections, and include different field types such as text, numbers, dropdowns, checkboxes, and signatures. Once published, forms can be linked to assets, work orders, or events so technicians and operators can complete them in the field.
