Add Site or Department

  1. Select Sites, Departments and Teams from the side menu
  2. Select Sites and Departments from the side menu
  3. Select + Add a New Site or Department
  4. Enter details
  5. Save the form

Notes

  • If a delivery address is entered, it becomes the default delivery address for purchase orders. This address will automatically populate in new purchase orders raised for this department.
  • Turn on Available for Shift Log to make the department available in the Shift Log, if your site uses this feature.
  • Turn on Link to a parent department to select a parent department.
