Setting Up Form Types

1. Go to Reference Tables - Form Tables
2. Select the Form Types tab
3. Add or Edit the Form Types

How Form Type is Used

The Form Type is a way to group forms into categories. Setting logical form types makes it easier to manage forms. In the Form Builder, the forms are grouped by Type.

In the Mobile App, users must select a Form Type (or choose All Types) to filter the available forms when starting a new form.
