Work Requests Dashboard

The Work Requests dashboard shows how quickly requests from operators and other staff are being reviewed. Use it to make sure requests aren't sitting unanswered.

Go to Dashboards → Work Requests.

On this dashboard, Work Requests are labelled as Notifications.

Notifications Opened, Approved & Rejected

A daily chart of the last 30 days showing how many Work Requests were raised (Opened), Approved and Rejected each day.

Open Notifications By Day

The number of Work Requests still waiting for review, by day. A rising line means requests are being raised faster than they are being reviewed.

Open Notifications By Priority

Open Work Requests, by priority.
