Report Library

The Report Library holds saved reports, so you don't have to rebuild a report each time you need it. A saved report remembers its base table, columns, filters, date preset, sorting and grouping.

Saved reports appear in the left-hand menu under Reports → Report Library, grouped by base table (for example Work Orders, Events & Downtime or Assets).

Saving a report

  • Build your report in Reports → Generate Report (see Generating a Report)
  • Click Save Custom Report

The report is saved with the name, description and visibility you entered when you created it.

Choosing who sees a report

Each saved report has a visibility setting, shown in Who Sees This Report:

  • Only Me: the report is visible only to you
  • Everyone: the report is visible to all users in your organisation who have access to reports and to that base table

Only the person who created a report can edit it or delete it, regardless of its visibility.

Opening a saved report

  • Go to Reports → Report Library
  • Expand the base table group (for example Work Orders)
  • Click the report name

The report opens and runs straight away. You can use the Filters and Sort & Group tabs to adjust the results for this viewing. These changes are not saved to the report.

You can also see all saved reports in a table by going to Reports → Generate Report. The table shows each report's base table, visibility, schedule, timezone and status. Click a column heading to sort the table.

Editing a saved report

To change a report's columns, filters, sorting or grouping:

  • Open the report
  • Click Edit Configuration
  • Make your changes
  • Click Save Changes, or Cancel to discard them

To change a report's name, description or visibility:

  • Go to Reports → Generate Report
  • In the saved reports table, click the ⋮ (More actions) menu next to the report
  • Select Edit Info
  • Update the details and click Save

Deleting a saved report

If the report is scheduled, delete its schedule first (see Scheduling Reports). Then:

  • Go to Reports → Generate Report
  • Click the Delete icon next to the report
  • Click Delete to confirm

Deleting a report cannot be undone.
