Forms Dashboard

The Forms dashboard shows how forms such as prestart checks, inspections and handovers are being used. Use it to check that required forms are being completed, and to see which forms are used most.

Go to Dashboards → Forms.

Forms Summary

• Forms In Progress: forms that have been started but not completed
• Completed (7 Days): forms completed in the last 7 days
• Completed (30 Days): forms completed in the last 30 days

Forms Started vs Completed (Last 12 Months)

The number of forms started and completed in each of the last 12 months.

Completed Forms by Type

Completed forms, by form type.

Top 10 Completed Forms

The 10 forms completed most often, showing each form's name, type and number of completions.
