Added a new app setting "Show overdue for fixed-interval tasks".
When the new setting is turned on, for fixed interval tasks (i) the most recent overdue Work Order is created (if it doesn't already exist) and (ii) the life remaining calculation shows the usage between the expected next fixed interval point and the scheduled next occurrence.
When the new setting is turned off, the previous behaviour is preserved: for fixed interval Tasks, (i) no overdue Work Orders are created and (ii) Task Management pages show the usage remaining until the next fixed interval point.
Added a column "Due Δ %" that shows (Due Δ) / (Interval) to the Task Management pages, so that Tasks with different meters / units can be compared and sorted in terms of life remaining or overdue-ness.
Calculations
Calculations now assume that Open Work Orders with scheduled dates earlier than Asset Start Date have scheduled date equal to the Asset Start Date (previously these Work Orders caused calculation errors for the Asset).
Work Orders
Site / Department (of the Asset) added to Work Order Table view. If the Asset is enabled for Plant Hire, the current Customer and Project also show (similar to the Assets page).
Shift Log
Shift Log Tasks and Projects have been renamed Action Items to provide clearer, consistent terminology.
Action Items are organised into separate Tasks and Projects tabs.
Added Asset, Owner, Target Date, Category and Priority fields.
Action Items can now be grouped and filtered by category.
Asset-related Action Items can now be viewed and edited directly from the relevant asset.
Priority values are now included in the Shift Log PDF report and colour-coded for easier identification.
Forms
Added a new table view to the forms library for better display of long form lists
Purchase Approvals
Optional purchase approval limits can now be assigned to individual users.
Users can only approve a purchase order when their approval limit is equal to or greater than the purchase order total, excluding tax.
Users without the required approval limit can email a notification to another user with sufficient approval authority.
Contractors
Supplier list was incomplete when editing or adding a Contractor.
Reports & Dashboards
The full Department hierarchy is shown when filtering for Departments in reports.
The MTFS After PM report provides the ability to "Analyse by".
Filters are passed correctly from the Operational Dashboard when drilling down on calculated metrics.
Exported reports include any Group By categories.
Reports can be sorted by any selected Group By category.
