Downtime Dashboard
The Downtime dashboard is a live board showing every asset that is currently down. It refreshes automatically, so it can be left open on a workshop or control-room screen to keep everyone across the state of the fleet.
Go to Dashboards → Downtime.
Fleet status
The top of the dashboard shows:
- Total Assets: the number of assets in the selected departments
- Down: the number of assets currently down, and the percentage of the fleet this represents. Assets on Standby are not counted as down.
- Breakdowns: how many of the down assets are down for a breakdown
- Accident Damage: how many of the down assets are down for accident damage
Downtime list
Below the totals is a list of every downtime Event currently in progress, showing:
- Asset and Site
- Time Down: when the downtime started
- Estimated Up: when the asset is expected back in service
- Down Hours: how long the asset has been down so far
- Reason and Type
If there are more Events than fit on one page, the list moves through the pages automatically.
Filtering the dashboard
- Department: show only assets in selected departments. Leave blank to show all departments you have access to.
- Event Type: show only selected Event Types, for example Breakdown.
Keeping the dashboard up to date
The dashboard reloads automatically. How often it refreshes, and how many rows show on each page, are set in App Settings → Dashboard. See Dashboards.
Down hours and the list itself depend on downtime being recorded as Events, with an accurate start time and estimated return. See Events.
