Utilisation & Reliability Dashboards

The Utilisation and Reliability dashboards show several related KPIs side by side, so you can review the overall health of your fleet in one place. They work the same way as Analysis Reports, but show a group of KPIs instead of one.

  • Utilisation (Dashboards → Utilisation) shows Utilisation, Calendar Utilisation, Mechanical Availability, Calendar Availability and Utilisation of Availability
  • Reliability (Dashboards → Reliability) shows stoppage counts and hours, % Breakdown Events, Stoppages per 1000 Hours, MTBS, MTBF, MTBUPS, Mean Time to First Stoppage After PM and Availability Index

The Reliability dashboard is not switched on for any role by default. Ask your administrator to add it to your role.

Using the dashboards

  • Use the filter bar to choose the Department, Area, Asset Type, Asset Class, Asset Group or Asset to include. Leave these blank to include all assets.
  • Select a Meter. Usage-based KPIs are calculated from this meter.
  • Choose the date range and click Apply.

The Utilisation dashboard loads straight away using your default selection. On the Reliability dashboard, click Apply to load the figures.

Each KPI appears as a card. Click a card to chart that KPI, then use the Time Series or Table view, grouping and Top N options in the same way as an Analysis Report. Click a point on the chart to drill down into the figures behind it.

Understanding the KPIs

For a description and formula of each KPI, see the KPI reference in Analysis Reports.
