Disposed assets (and assets past their end date) no longer appear in reports for periods after they were disposed or ended.
Work Orders
Added a configurable Source field to Work Requests and Work Orders (eg. Workshop Inspection, SOS Result, Customer, Operator, Service, Form), which carries across automatically when a Work Order is created from a Work Request.
Fixed an error that could prevent a Work Order with a comment from being deleted.
Fixed filters not staying in sync when clearing and reapplying a selection (eg. filtering by Asset after filtering by Task Type), and made it easier to remove individual items from a multi-select filter.
Events
Added Expected Cost and Actual Cost columns to Events, summing the costs of the Work Orders they contain.
Task Management
Usability improvements to the Task Management pages (Compliance, Components, Inspections, Servicing): added Customer and Project filters; added Alternate Number, Customer and Project columns; added icons indicating Job Ready / Parts Ready status with a hover key; and the table header now stays frozen when scrolling.
Added Asset Status as a filter to the Task Management pages, and Cost Responsibility can now be exported in CSV/Excel exports.
Fixed Life Remaining calculations for fixed-interval Task cycles with multiple overdue occurrences.
The Tasks tab on Assets now shows the correct next open Work Order, instead of the earliest completed one.
Fixed calendar-based Task occurrences ignoring the last completed date when calculating what's next due.
Prevented usage-based Tasks from being created without a linked meter.
Work Assignments now consistently show in the Work Assignment calendar (previously some assignments were missing even though the assigned contractor could still access them).
Assets & Meter Readings
Asset end-of-life date and usage now calculate consistently with each other.
Prevented an asset's Start Usage from being set higher than its existing meter readings.
Added logic to automatically update an asset's expected annual utilisation based on recent meter readings.
Reports
The Asset Performance report now defaults to Engine Hours.
The Generate Reports menu now stays open after generating a report, and the Save Schedule button is hidden where it doesn't apply.
Fixed Group By on Events & Downtime reports — Downtime Hours and Event Count now display correctly in both Consolidated and Detailed modes.
Fixed missing Supplier entries in the Parts Catalogue report filter.
Removed the date range filters from the Assets report, since they didn't apply.
Settings
The Email Groups page now refreshes automatically after changes, instead of requiring a manual refresh.
Fixed an error that prevented editing a Role's name.
Onboarding
Fixed sign-up failing for industries other than Earthmoving, by using the correct database template for the selected industry.
