Operational Dashboard
The Operational dashboard brings together the measures most operations managers review each week: what is down, which inspections, services and compliance work are due or overdue, and how available and utilised the fleet has been. Every figure links through to the detail.
Go to Dashboards → Operational.

Downtime
A pie chart of current downtime, by Event Type (for example Breakdown or Planned). Accident Damage, Opportune and Standby Events are grouped together as Other. Click an Event Type to see those Events.
Inspections, Services and Compliance
Three panels, each showing:
- Due: Work Orders scheduled within the selected period that have not yet started
- Overdue: open Work Orders whose scheduled date has passed
- Completed: Work Orders completed within the selected period
Each panel counts different Work Orders:
- Inspections: Work Orders created from a Task whose Task Type is marked as an inspection
- Services: Work Orders created from a Task whose Task Type is marked as a service
- Compliance: Work Orders created from a Task with the compliance flag set. See Compliance Flag.
If these panels show zero, check that your Task Types are marked correctly. See Task Type.
Metrics
- Calendar Availability: the percentage of the period that assets were not down
- Utilisation of Availability: how much of their available time assets were used

Asset Overview
- Assets: the number of assets in the selected departments
