Overview Dashboard
The Overview dashboard is the best place to start the day. It combines a written summary of outstanding work with the key Work Order, failure and Work Request charts, so supervisors and planners can see what needs attention without opening several screens.
Go to Dashboards → Overview.
Daily Summary
The Daily Summary is a short, AI-generated briefing of your outstanding maintenance. It looks at open Work Orders scheduled for today or earlier, together with recent downtime Events, and highlights:
- Key issues and overdue tasks
- Repeated failures
- Team workload
- Planned vs unplanned work
Work Order numbers in the summary are links. Click one to open that Work Order.
The Daily Summary is a guide to help you prioritise. Always check the Work Order itself before acting on it.

- Outstanding Work Orders by Department: the number of Open and In Progress Work Orders in each department
- Top Failure Codes: the 10 failure codes recorded most often on completed Work Orders
- Top Cause Codes: the 10 cause codes recorded most often on completed Work Orders
- Open Notifications By Priority: open Work Requests, by priority
Tips
- Failure and cause code charts are only as good as the codes recorded when Work Orders are completed. Encourage technicians to always select a failure and cause code.
