Inventory Management

Samurai Inventory Management provides complete control over maintenance parts, consumables, and warehouse stock movements across your organisation. Inventory is tightly integrated with Work Orders, Purchasing, Receiving, Warehousing, and Asset Maintenance, ensuring that parts can be tracked from purchase through to issue, return, transfer, and final consumption.

The inventory system is designed around real-world maintenance and warehouse processes. Parts can be requested against Work Orders, reserved for upcoming maintenance, picked by warehouse personnel, issued to technicians, transferred between warehouses, returned to stock, and restocked through controlled workflows. Throughout the process, Samurai maintains accurate Stock on Hand, Available Stock, Reserved Stock, and In-Transit quantities, providing visibility to planners, supervisors, warehouse personnel, and maintenance teams.

Whether managing a single workshop or multiple sites and warehouses, Samurai ensures that stock movements are traceable, auditable, and linked directly to the maintenance activities that consume them. This helps reduce stock shortages, improve planning accuracy, and ensure the right parts are available when maintenance work needs to be performed.
