Modified Purchase Order text fields to use the same collation as other text fields in the database.

Component Serial Number Tracking
Users can now track the serial numbers of components removed & installed, in Work Orders, and view the current fitted serial number in the Task for a component.
Users can view and filter by Serial Number Installed, Serial Number Removed in the Task report.
This feature is enabled/disabled with an application setting.
Work Orders

Support for Recurring Work Orders
Added a filter for Recurring Work Orders to the Work Orders and Multi-Edit Work Orders pages.
Show Edit Recurring as a menu item for Work Orders that are already set to Recurring.
When the user edits a Recurring Work Order, replace occurrences that are open, unmodified and scheduled in the future. A date that already has a kept upcoming occurrence on the same day is skipped but it still counts towards the number of occurrences to generate (defined in application settings).
Reference Tables
Changes to some reference tables (eg. Unit of Measure) did not show on other pages (eg. Measurement Points) until the browser cache was cleared. This has been enhanced so that changes cause the cache to be invalidated and reloaded.
Using the Task Align Last Done Caused Performance Issues
Performing the Task "Align Last Done" action in some circumstances used several database connections, which caused user response times to increase. This has been fixed so that Align Last Done now minimises tasks that are recalculated and also uses one database connection to queue subsequent calculation requests.
Task Management
The popup that shows Task occurrences in the Task Management pages (eg. Service Management) now shows the Asset Number and Customer, for convenience.
Shiftlog
The layout of the Shiftlog PDF export has been improved so that column text does not wrap by default.
Reporting & Dashboards
Fixed an issue where saving a scheduled report reset filters to the defaults.
Added filters for Department & Event Type to the Downtime Dashboard.
